I have been a customer of this Dealership since 2015. I recently leased a 2024 Wrangler Hybrid. I am having a continuing power issue. My contract with them included a loaner vehicle if I needed. Every time I need one, they don't have one available. As for the power issue, my Wrangler EV has been in there 3 times but the error code isn't active so they can't do anything.

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I don’t think they inspect their cars before they sell them and they only care about you doing their survey and leaving a high review as it is part of their compensation system. They could care less what they provide you as long as you give them a good rating. Will not be doing business here again and advise not to if you are looking for a car, go elsewhere.

I have purchased a number of new dodge extended promasters ,with high roof. The best tradesperson work truck , especially for plumbers. I never have an issue with them. The last one I purchased, had some electrical issues on the dash, and not only to the service dept , pinpoint the issue quickly, they fixed the issue free of charge, even know it was under warranty, they still had my truck for two days, the communication was off the charts great! The people that updated me and the mechanics that fixed the issue were very efficient and professional, my truck looked better than when I dropped it off. I will continue to be a life long customer.

If you're looking for someone to have your back and get things done, ask for Bobby Costa! The man is a legend. I have bought two vehicles from him! As long as he's around, I will buy all my vehicles from him! The dealership is also accommodating and the finance guru Greg, is a legend! Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE! Arrived today at CentralJCDR for a scheduled oil change and inspection sticker. Aaron went over the vehicle and confirmed the services to then let me know the cost at which was significantly higher than what was sent to me in an email. I declined the oil change but left the keys with Aaron for the inspection. Approximately 10 minutes later, I walked by the service department and my vehicle was parked in the same spot and at that time I missed a call from Aaron so I went back in. I was met at the door by Aaron who informed me that my tailgate brake light was out and due to safety, it would fail the inspection. The repair was going to cost me roughly $500-$600. I declined, left and went home to where in hindsight I should’ve had Aaron step on my brake to confirm that it needed repair, because when I got home and asked the cop detail that was outside of my house, he said they were all working properly. I was very close to being a victim of a scam upcharge for service that wasn’t needed. Be aware and diligent if you choose to do business here. P.S Vehicle inspection passed elsewhere.

Bobbie in sales is the best. Made the process of finding the vehicle I wanted with the packages, and purchase extremely easy. She was very knowledgeable and definitely cared to make sure everything was perfect. Not pushy and trying to deceive to get me to purchase something else, or have to wait months for a special order.
