Working at a fleet management company, I have a good understanding of how leases are structured and everything that goes into them. I was looking for a Wrangler for my son for months from different dealers on the web and I was so confused from all the searching. I went to Central Jeep looking for a specific Wrangler. I was introduced to Bobbi from the friendly greeter (sorry I forgot your name) and asked about this specific Jeep. She searched her inventory and asked if I was at the correct dealer. I wasn't! Bobbi stated "maybe this was MEANT to be! Let's take a look outside". We went to look at the stock of many Wranglers and stumble upon this 2015. My son's face had a huge smile and I knew this was the Jeep we had to buy! Bobbi said "we just got this in, would you like to take it for a test drive". My Sons reaction (um yea)! I can go on and on about how great Bobbi was but my story will go on for a while. We ended up buying this Jeep and Bobbi was right, IT WAS MEANT TO BE! Bobbi and the entire staff made my son's first experience of purchasing a vehicle so special. From the moment I was greeted when I walked in the door, to the saleswoman Bobbi, Dave the manager, and Greg the business manager, my experience was nothing but great. I highly recommend Central Jeep! Ask for Bobbi!

First I want to say thank you to Gary for making the process easy and painless. With that said here's my review .... So since the hellcat was unveiled in 2014 to go on sale for 2015, I knew I just had to have one! It was love at first sight. Well $60k-$70k is a large investment so it took a few years to save up but finally in 2018 I was ready to buy my baby. So now the widebody hellcat was out and that's the one I wanted (pushed the price up to $77k) so I hit the closest dodge dealer to me (Grava Dodge in Medford, MA) so I can place my order. As soon as I walked in and told the guy what I was looking to buy, he was completely oblivious and said "wait for Mike, he's the SRT specialist" so I said ok. After waiting 15-20 mins for mike to come, he gave me a frustrated look (like I was a burden on his schedule) and said "what do you want to do??" I told him I want to place an order for a 2018 widebody hellcat. He immediately said "NOPE! Can't do it" I gave a quick awkward laugh (thinking he was trying to make me laugh or break the ice) and said really? He said "yup, it's not possible" I ask why? He said "because they are sold out and you can't get one" I said that's not right, you can order one online so why not here? He said "I don't care what online says! They only had so many tires, rims, fenders, engines etc. and I'm telling you the Demon is sold out!" I said I don't want a demon?? I want a hellcat? He said "yup same thing". Laughed and walked out knowing he was completely wrong. I looked online and I came across Central and I called them and asked, and they said no problem. I came in the next day and Gary placed my custom order instantly and long story short.... I had my car in a few weeks. They are ridiculously professional and they will keep you updated the whole way. It's nerve racking to spend $80k on a car and they made me extremely comfortable and they didn't want a dime from me until they knew I was happy with my dream car. If you don't want a run around and you want the best service and price, go see my guys at central and ask for Gary. He knew everything about the car and process which really set my mind at ease. Thank you guys so much and I will definitely be seeing you again in the future!

06/16/18 Update: Brought my new Jeep in to Robert DeSousa for warranty work. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He diligently communicated status, was sincere about my satisfaction and timely completion and had me back in my Jeep shockingly fast. I am completely thrilled and appreciative of Robert and his time. Thank you! Bobbi was recommended by a coworker. She worked very hard to earn my business and was a GREAT person to work with. She was patient and respectful and knowledgeable. The prices are fair and Bobbi will go the extra mile to find you a great vehicle. I LOVE my new Jeep and it was a pleasure to buy from Bobbi!

Just had the best car buying experience of my life. I sat with Bob Costa. He was very knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy. It was the exact opposite of my last car buying experience, which was complete misery. I highly recommend Bob Costa for anyone who wants a great experience.

If your in the market for a new or used car, make this your first stop. No pressure, no pushy up sales, and very easy to get to realistic numbers you need to be at.
